Description:
Individual will provide Federal Government Contract oversight to ensure adherence to all FAR's (Federal Acquisition Regulation's) and compliance with the Company’s work agreement with the Federal Government, ensure contracting compliance; ensure legal and financial, sales and technical objectives are satisfied with contract compliance including RFP's, quotes, orders, disclosures and representations; supervise/train organization on Federal Government Contract compliance.
In this role you will also provide guidance and supervision to 4 Contract Administrators across the United States.

Qualifications
Experience:
• 8-10 years experience with Federal Government Contracting.
• 8-10 years experience with FAHR's regulations. (Federal Acquisition Regulation's)
• 8-10 years experience with Commercial Terms & Conditions negotiations in the area of capital equipment within the Medical Industry.
Education:
BS Degree in Finance required with 8-10 years in Government Contracting experience or preferably a MBA in Finance or a Law Degree specialized in Government Contracting with 8-10 years experience in the field of Government Contracting.
