Position Responsibilities:
Analysis:
• Actively involved with analysis projects within the group, either on an assigned basis or self initiated. Principal focus should be on cost containment initiatives.
• Position consolidates and analyzes information (financial results, budget to actual analysis, scorecards, etc.) to identify trends, or issues within the group.
• Assist in modeling make or buy scenarios for finished goods outsourcing.
• Provide financial analysis on various end customer pricing scenarios.
Description:
Reporting / Communication of Results:
• Position develops scorecards and reporting to ensure understanding of financial status within the group.
• Position communicates financial status as frequently as required / as applicable to the measured area. (daily, weekly, monthly, etc).
Planning / Forecasting:
• Position will lead the forecasting and planning cycles for their respective group (Quarterly Budgets, Annual Plan, Strategic Plan).
Financial Control:
• Position is responsible for ensuring adequate financial controls are in place and are being followed within all facilities within their group.
Required Educational Background:
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• CMA, CPA, MA, or MBA preferred
