AdvancedMD has a growing corporate staff and is seeking a highly motivated, high energy Sales Account Executive II. You will have the opportunity to work among highly skilled and effective marketing, sales and technical teams with superior management.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position you’ll be responsible for on-going sales relationships with assigned client groups leveraging opportunities for continued business development including identifying opportunities for product/service improvement and applicability. The ideal candidate will have superior capabilities in their ability to execute the following job functions:
• First point of contact with assigned account clients. Develop and maintain working relationship with client’s executive team
• Business consultant with client providing strategic view of business arena and assist in understanding product capabilities and growth potentials
• Negotiate ongoing add-on orders
• Meet sales quota for ongoing add-on orders of AdvancedMD products and services
• Participate in new client sales coordinating and planning the implementation process
• Responsible for new account implementation and roll-out
• First escalation point for client issues
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in the following areas:
• Selling medical computerized billing and scheduling software systems
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Consulting skills to assist clients with business plans including the understanding of market opportunities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate with clients and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner
• Active listening skills essential to gather information, evaluate problems and communicate best software solution
• Self starter, with the ability to organize work for maximum efficiency
• Motivated and willing to learn technical and sales skills
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• BA in business or related field
• Masters, Business Administration preferred
• 5-7 years sales experience with emphasis in account management in medical billing or medical software
• Ability to travel (50%) Computer and Internet literate
• MS Office Suite proficient
• Computer and Internet literate
